Refund Policy

• Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or does not match the order specifications.
• Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or error. We will provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product or confirm the issue. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Digital Proof Approval: Once you approve the digital proof of your design, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. Please review the proof carefully before approving.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect due to our error.

Exchanges

• Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Products: We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products within 7 days of receipt. If you prefer a replacement over a refund, please let us know, and we will expedite the process.
